shoulders: lateral raises (8, 10, 13, 16, 8), reverse flies (8, 10, 13, 16, 8)
triceps: lying triceps presses (8, 10, 13, 16, 8), lying triceps pushdowns (8, 10, 13, 16, 8)
back: back extensions (2 sets of 6), pull-ups (2 sets of 6)
biceps: preacher curls (8, 10, 13, 16, 8), hammer curls (8, 10, 13, 16, 8)

a few sips of almond milk, 6 oz. grass-fed steak, 1 fillet of tilapia, 3pcs tako sashimi, 2pcs salmon sashimi, 1pc mackerel sashimi, a bowl of organic butter lettuce and some other lettuce, 5 of those amazing organic cherry tomatoes.

i’ve become one of them. one of those…heavy protein people. my goodness. i am eating so much protein. my arms feel good after the workout today. all i need is some extra testosterone and super-tight muscle t-shirts. and bigger guns. working on that last one.

it’s been interesting doing this leptin reset. i really enjoy preparing food, but it’s nice to take a break from figuring out what to buy, what to make, what to eat. it is also nice to not have to spend as much money on all the veggies that i usually need to get. the only setback is now i feel like i am experiencing nutrient deficiencies. i have been having meat cravings and the occasional tired feeling, so i think that has to do with a lack of iron. i have been having some meat, mostly grass-fed beef, but i don’t need it. what i really need is maybe some extra seaweed to make up for the deficiency. i want kaleeeee. and baby spinach. =(
